Merry Merry Christmas! It might be midsummer for you but your house looks like a Swiss chalet in this photo and should have snow at the door. May you have the very best time for 2009, With love, Sally XX
Wow! You were up early! Hope you're having a lovely day. We are soon to be going to bed to prepare for our Christmas day with friends. It's lovely sharing your day and still looking forward to ours. :o)
I agree your house looks very pretty with its lights and your kitchen looks wonderful! I daren't expose mine to the glare of blogland LOL
I was feeling very unChristmassy this year. I didn't decorate but we did plug in the outside lights. It's our lazy approach. We string the lights along the rooflines and leave them up until they need to be replaced. It's been so cold and nasty we didn't replace the "blanks." Maybe LED's next year! And maybe hung lower for he who has to hang them. Nora

Merry Christmas! Your house looks so lovely :-)
Merry Christmas, Shirley! I always enjoy both your fabric and quilts, but also gardens etc on the other side of the world.
I agree with sally.
What the hell were you doing up at 5 am? Did Santa leave you something special or get stuck on your roof...or do you always get up at 5 am ?
Enjoy your day.

Ahhh, very lovely. I don't put up lights so appreciate those who do. Merry Christmas - shall I send you some of my snow???
Your house looks very pretty.
Happy christmas Shirley and best wishes for whatever you take on in 2009, and more importantly good health.

You have a great house for decorating with lights. Well done. Your kitchen looks pretty impressive too!
