I love this quilt .and the dyed fabrics! great colours - they look so soft! what dyes do you use?

also - agree about the diet thingy (i.e. not yo call it diet ;-)) good food, less of it and nothing processed!

great - will watch with interest!

This quilt was made from "experimental" dyed fabrics that I made with Procion MX dyes (see my website www.tillia.co.nz).

I put them all together in this quilt where I avoided using borders, and put what would otherwise be border pieces into the body of the quilt.

Love the quilt. The eating plan also sounds good. Delicious food-just not quite so much of it. What could be easier?
