A bit like Christmas

Here's today's mail! I love opening parcels.

There were lots of quilt tops in these bags.

They will all need to be sandwiched, quilted and bound.

The last 2 quilts are completed - the red and green one from Ann Coburn of Twizel, and the hearts one from Ann Court.

Donated block count so far is 404, plus I have received partly completed tops and fabric.

Cottonfields Quilters Quarters, in Avonhead, Christchurch, has kindly donated batting and backing fabric. What a lovely shop - I hadn't been there before.

I've also had calico and vliesofix donated by High on Fabric and Quilters' Quarters in Rangiora.

I would love to acknowledge everyone who is donating to this project, but it simply isn't possible. Please take this "Thank You" as a personal message. And many thanks also to the quilters who have sent me money to help cover my expenses. As I'm not working, this is very welcome.

These are all beautiful. If anyone needed their faith in humanity restored, this would do it in a heartbeat. You and all helping are racking up the points in the hereafter for sure!
