Beautiful fabric Shirley and I like the overdyed salt pieces. You get some wonderful blends and effects with tray/low immersion dyeing.

You know Shirley, one of my favorite fabrics for quilting was a very ugly brown/green cotton that I dyed. I thought I would never use it but it worked really nicely in applique.

And here are the salt-dyed pieces that I thought were way too dull, and overdyed.
